We are looking for a full-time Creative Strategist, with a strong background in PR to join us. You will be responsible for the strategic creative direction and delivery of outstanding storytelling. They will be able to have conversations that turn a media release into big, beautiful idea that can change lives.

You would be equal parts business leader, strategic thinker and creative problem solver with a strong history in public relations and communications. You will be responsible for actively offering creative strategy and 360 degree thinking that is integrated. Work will include communication plans including brand strategy, creative ideas, social media, media relation advice & support, event and experiential management and helping to shape work as it moves through the agency.

We’re looking for someone with 10+ years’ agency experience, who is driven, brave and ready to do the best work of their career. You will have led teams and have a strong experience in brand and consumer relations.

Comms Expertise
- Sitting between strategy and creative you add logic and business to the conceptual of client’s product/service
- Examining market trends and developing comms and creative strategies that matter to culture
- Can provide core public relations skills, including brand strategy, presentations, creative ideas, social media, media relations, event and experiential management.
- Actively offers creative strategy and 360 degree thinking that is integrated on communication plans - with particular focus on public relations solutions.
- Monitoring creative & communications strategies as it moves through the agency and helps shape it where needed
- Has excellent media relations skills and knows senior journalists in target media; has excellent media contacts

Relationships
- Develops and maintains a close and open rapport with senior clients resulting in a business partnership approach
- Assists with the running of accounts based on an understanding of the requirements of business, particularly with regard to budgets and timings
- Liaises with the General Manager/Managing Director for account direction as required
- Works closely with the creative teams / directors to shape the creative strategy and comms approach

Collaboration
- Grow client revenue through selling in of new projects or opportunities
- Recognise and communicate opportunities for business development
- Works closely with the GMs & MDs on leads and new business responses
- Works across all agency teams as appropriate to projects

Commercial
- Creation of client retainers, fees and project costs for creative strategies and communications plans
- Ensures that relevant outstanding invoices, late payments are followed up with the client and paid
- Ensures that the wider teams understand public relation financial process and importance of profitability
- Maximising account margins, revenue and sales against business objectives and financial targets
