**The Role**

The Role will be responsible to improve test environment availability within domain of responsibility and across domain to improve testing cadence. Less down time testing in integrated environments and thereby faster delivery cadence of initiatives to production.

**Day to Day activities**:

- Have and/or develop SME level understanding of the target domain for integrated environments including E2E flows of both upstream and downstream systems and related technologies
- Understand the engagement points, lead times and develop relationships with key contacts for each asset in the target domain
- Manage the daily domain environment availability reports, daily shakeouts and work with teams to resolve any defects
- Establish operating rhythm for but not limited to; code uplifts, environment connectivity, cloud power management, shakeouts, defects and asset engagements as required
- Create and run defect triage bridges/war rooms for long running and/or complex integrated defects in non-prod that will involve coordinating support from key resources among disparate domains and teams with competing priorities

**Accountabilities:
- Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements; perform controls; adhere to process and procedures pertinent to role; and escalate events, issues or breaches as they are identified (risk accountability forms part of all roles, as everyone is responsible for managing risk and compliance).
- Environment Availability across responsible domain assets >90%
- Contribution towards improvement of non-production environment defect resolution timeframes
- Demonstrated root cause resolution of repetitive environment defects

**What you will bring**:
Essential capabilities
- Expert level understanding of complex integrated environments
- Excellent problem solving capabilities
- Highly developed stakeholder management skills
- Significant Incident/Defect Management experience

Other capabilities
- Must be proactively minded
- Focus on root cause analysis
- Required to show a high degree of ownership

Experience
- 10+ years experience in a complex integrated environment in Architecture, Environments, Production Support or Testing capacity
- 5+ years experience in a technical role such as Development
- Production Incident support will be highly regarded but not essential
