**Our Domain model**

We’re continuing to evolve the way we work by ensuring we’ve got the right people collaborating to deliver meaningful products and services for our customers. We deliver this work through our Domains, which are teams that are aligned by customer product solutions, for example, our Business Lending Domain or Home Lending Domain. Within our Domains you’ll find motivated colleagues with different skill sets, working together on common product offerings, including engineers, marketers, designers, analysts, and product specialists.

Our Domain Orchestration team support the Domains by enabling the Domain Model - an operating model adapted from agile frameworks and embedded in a way that is most effective in our NAB environment. Put simply, we want our colleagues to be empowered to deliver great things for our customers every day.

**The role**

The main purpose of this role is to support the improvement and embedding of our ways of working practices that empower our colleagues to deliver for our customers every day. You’ll assist others in the design and implement a transition plan that improves ways of working, delivery efficiency and quality for colleagues and customers.

**Your opportunity - on any given day you could be**
- **Transition & embedding - **Create, track, execute and maintain transition plans and business change plans in conjunction with stakeholder engagement strategies, management of risks and issues, communication development for both Domains and Chapters (capability teams across Domains)
- **Experiences - **help to design and implement change accelerator experiences to achieve outcomes
- **Capability & guilds - **contribute to the design and implementation of capability uplift and development of key agile roles across NAB
- **Process & methodologies - **actively contribute to the ongoing improvement and expansion of Domain model, tools and relevant processes.

**What you will bring**
- Experience in supporting the delivery of change initiatives
- Experience contributing to a transformation to ensure understanding of how to execute change in a large organisation
- Experience in organisational behaviour, change, learning and development or similar
