**Role Snapshot**
As the Admin, Events & Training Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind the scenes, ensuring the seamless execution of events, training courses and webinars. Your mission? To create unforgettable experiences and provide excellence in customer service and administration.

**What You'll Do**
As the Admin, Events & Training Coordinator, you'll:

- Collaborate with the team to bring the events and learning programs to life
- Mastermind logistics, from securing venues to overseeing catering
- Smoothly manage member, client, and guest logistics
- Ensure seamless experiences from start to finish
- Be the go-to contact for participants, providing guidance and support
- Handle communication and materials distribution
- Host participants virtually and in person
- Swiftly resolve queries and maintain accurate data records

**Essential Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum 1 years of customer-centric experience
- Proven excellence in customer service and administration
- Be tech savvy and confident using multiple platforms
- Strong organisational, planning, and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently and in a team

**About You**
Previous experience in a customer service or admin role within hospitality, travel, retail, training, education or events would be good however all sectors and industries will be considered. It's your positive attitude to work, polished presentation and high professionalism that we’re really interested in.
