**The Opportunity**

An opportunity currently exists for a high performing sales professional to manage one our successful Nestle professional teams. Nestle Professional has a comprehensive product range delivering Culinary Food Service solutions along with Soluble coffee solutions, Liquid and Roast & Ground coffees. Leading product brands such as Maggi, Buitoni, Chef, Harvest Gourmet, Docello, Nescafe, Buondi & Milo

In this role you will have the ability to drive results from our existing business partnerships focusing on priority channels such, Pub & Clubs, Hotels, Cafe’s, Healthcare and Workplace.

You will be required to manage a team of 4 spread across Victoria and Tasmania.

This management role will suit a motivated, tenacious, and successful individual with a passion for results.

This role will allow you to:

- Lead and motivate your team to drive sales growth, deliver results and build a high team performance team culture.
- Work within a national team structure and be willing to embrace a collaborative team environment.
- Manage a complex and fragmented group of customers.
- Utilise your previous experience and knowledge to further develop and expand sales
- Build long term business relationships in a consultative manner, achieving true business partnership

**A day in the life of...**
- Achieve key sales objectives in each quarterly cycle and against yearly performance goals, as set by the Business.
- To lead the Nestlé Impulse & Convenience NSW team, stores, Key Accounts and & State Distributors in accordance with the objectives.
- Manage, train, coach and develop a highly skilled, motivated team of Territory Sales Managers. Work to the highest level of Nestle Leadership Principles.
- Develop commercial relationships with the key Distributors and customers.
- Build strong internal relationships with Nestlé Impulse & Convenience Customer team to capitalise on sales opportunities

You will require a current driver’s license.

**What will make you successful**
- Prior management experience, with strong leadership skills and management disciplines
- Proven sales experience, ideally gained within the consumer-packaged goods industry
- Highly motivated and able to motivate and inspire/lead others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders
- Strong planning, selling and negotiation skills
- Sound commercial acumen, experience in managing trade spend to company guidelines.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Highly competent in Outlook, Excel and Power Point, with knowledge of Power Bi desirable
