Reporting to the Manager, Quality Assurance Schools and Senior Secondary (Reviews), the Administration Coordinator is responsible for providing coordination and administrative support and guidance in relation to the registration and review of schools in Victoria.The Administration Coordinator will be involved in supporting the team of regulatory officers who undertake assessments, investigations and research to identify emerging issues, risks and trends impacting in the regulation of schools and senior secondary providers. The incumbent will work across the Schools and Senior Secondary Registration and Reviews Unit in support of delivering the review programs.Key tasks will include, but not be limited to, the maintenance of accurate database records, archiving support, coordinating incoming and outgoing correspondence, conducting research and to be the first point of contact for external enquiries from schools, members of the public and external review providers.Success in this role requires working within a team environment, facilitating the registration and review teams to function efficiently and effectively, including any administrative support for registration and re-reregistration activity during peak periods. The successful applicant will be organised, have a keen eye for detail, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
