MAYDAY Recruitment is seeking an innovative Marketing Manager to join the Brand & Partnerships division based in Sydney.
As the Manager of Brand & Partnerships, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening the brand's presence across Australia and the Asia Pacific region.
Collaborating with global and regional teams, you'll drive growth and foster connections between brand identity, customer experience, and business expansion within the insurance industry.

**Main responsibilities include**:
- Develop and execute the APAC brand and partnerships strategy in collaboration with global and regional teams.
- Drive brand campaigns, collaborating with creative agencies for design and media.
- Manage strategic sponsorships and signature events.
- Facilitate smooth M&A integration, ensuring seamless brand transition and immersion post-merger.
- Measure, analyse and report on brand impact and campaign effectiveness.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to enhance brand growth.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and oversee marketing team members for efficient campaign execution.
- Manage OpEx spend for Brand & Partnerships (APAC) within budget.
- Streamline content development processes while adhering to brand guidelines.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years’ brand marketing experience.
- Strong exposure in art design and graphic design strongly desirable
- Exposure to B2B, insurance, or financial services industry is preferred.
- Proven ability to measure brand sentiment and impact.
- Strong experience with Adobe Suite required
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in managing brand KPIs and budgets.
- Excellent networking and collaboration skills.
- Passion for innovative brand strategies.
