**About the Role**

This is a fantastic opportunity for those with commitment to creating genuine connections & peak moments for our guests. Key duties include, but are not limited to the following:

- Greeting guests arriving or departing from the hotel
- Providing exceptional service by responding to their requests promptly efficiently and courteously throughout their stay.
- Assisting with valeting guest cars & their luggage
- Promoting and up-selling hotel facilities through strong product knowledge
- Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of guest amenities, make recommendations and reservations for our guests on local attractions
- Ensuring safety and security for guests

**Skills and experience**
- Genuine passion for Hospitality & desire to help others
- A positive can do & customer focused attitude
- Excellent grooming and presentation skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Availability to work varied shifts including early morning, late evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Full driver licence with ability to drive manual & automatic is essential

**Salary**: $22.77 - $34.16 per hour
