**About the Role**

An Australian-owned company who are one of the leading telecommunications providers in the country is seeking a Customer Support Representative for their brand-new state-of-the-art offices in the central Gold Coast.

**Duties**:

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Create accounts and assist customers with account queries, billing and payment processing
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance and escalate to appropriate departments when necessary
- Work closely with other departments to ensure all customer needs are addressed
- General administrative responsibilities

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service/support role in telecommunications, IT or similar desirable but not essential
- An understanding of technology and ability to confidently work with in-house computer systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking and high level problem-solving skills
- Efficient and keen attention to detail
- Approachable, flexible attitude, with the desire to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work a Monday to Friday 38 hour week, over a rotating 7am to 7pm roster
