**About the role**:
You are a creative and innovative thinker who understands the power of strategic social media marketing. Do you have experience across B2B and B2C digital marketing? We are looking for skilled social media specialist to join the Marketing team on a permanent basis, adept at managing the end-to-end process of ad campaigns to deliver MQLs and effectively create an ongoing sales pipeline of quality leads to ramp up the business.

**About you**:
You know your way around a camera to create and edit quality video content for appropriation across different social media platforms, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You are savvy with content management systems, social media scheduling and lead management tools whilst having a basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO and Google Ads set ups that work in synergy to optimize content appropriation to target audience groups.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and launch social marketing campaigns, from concept generation to execution
- Be comfortable with developing social copy optimized for SEO, and writing skills that outperform ChatGPT
- Film, produce and edit long and short-form video content for organic and paid content
- Create graphics on Canva and a bonus if you can use software tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premier Pro
- Monitor, review and optimize ad campaigns, set up A/B testing to generate quality leads across B2B and B2C audiences
- Post campaign reporting and analysis to identify recommendations for continuous improvement to improve ROI
- Develop social media content calendar and review every quarter with the Marketing Manager
- 2 years of experience or more in similar or related role
- Experience with social media management tools, content curation and editing tools across design and/or video
- Genuine desire to grow in the role and demonstrate commitment to business priorities/requirements
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work proactively and independently
- A plus if you have experience managing PPC and Paid Search campaigns, specifically Google Ads
- Experience in the real estate and property industry is also a plus but not essential
