As Social Media Executive on the Digital team, you will have the opportunity to be an integral player in the day-to-day management and strategy for key social accounts whilst supporting the Social Media Manager and Account Director. We are looking for someone who is passionate about social media platforms, content development, influencers and paid media, has strong writing skills, is detailed oriented and very organised, and has the ability to be nimble and map to evolving client priorities on a daily basis.

**Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to;**

Paid Media and Community Management:

- Write and publish all social media content for key consumer, tech and health social accounts, including Adobe
- Create and maintain monthly social media calendars for social accounts, including paid media planning and targeting.
- Serve as day-to-day community manager across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn

(and other platforms as appropriate), driving proactive and reactive engagement with audiences.
- Plan, set up and monitor Ad Campaigns across social platforms, including Facebook,

Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Partner with senior team leads on the development and implementation of digital communication strategies, plans and launches that align with client’s business and marketing objectives.

Content Development:

- Develop well-written copy for variety of social media platforms and blogs, including short form and long form.
- Work with the in-house creative team to plan for and develop social media and digital assets, inclusive of video content, GIFs, static, animations, etc.

Reporting & Analysis:

- Monitor and measure the impact of social media programs, by analysing, reviewing, and reporting on effectiveness of always on content and campaigns.
- Regular analysis of competitor and brand activity, including social media audits and social listening.

Client service:

- Managing clients and account health through client communications, leading WIPs and presentations.
- Anticipate strategic communication challenges, counsel clients and recommend solutions.
- Manage client meetings, agendas, and recaps.
- Stay apprised of social media trends and best practices, serve as social media expert, and share best practices within the agency and with clients as appropriate.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or above preferred in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English or related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in social media, preferably in an agency setting and/or within applicable industry.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Forums, Blogs, etc.).
- Experience managing social advertising campaigns and experience using Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
- Excellent writing and editorial skills.
- Strong understanding of consumer tech and cybersecurity.
- Understanding of the social media influencer landscape.
- Digital and social analytics experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing social strategy, managing brand/corporate social media presences, and managing/growing a social community.
- Good technical understanding and ability to learn new tools quickly. Prefer experience using leading social media management and measurement tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Talkwalker, etc.).
- Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance priorities. Ability to drive client relationships, providing strategic and tactical advice, drafting and implementing plans, providing thoughtful analysis, identifying proactive opportunities, crafting professional content and materials, and tracking results.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 per year
