Customer Service Officer

**About the role**

**Responsibilities**

This role will be varied in nature whereby you will focus on providing optimal customer support. Your duties will include but not be limited to;
- Identify and resolve customer enquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Manage customer contact in line with set KPIs
- Updating customer details when needed.
- Willingly take on challenges and projects as opportunities arise.
- Other general ad hoc tasks when needed.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in a Customer Service focused role
(2-3 years minimum)
- Teamwork
- Technical experience with internal systems and MS Suite
- Enthusiastic personality with a willingness to learn
