Student Enquiry Officer

The Student Enquiry Officer is accountable for the provision of customer focused enrolment services to meet customer needs and enhance Chisholm’s business. This role interacts directly with customers and students in a professional manner to provide information and assistance.
**Key Accountabilities include**:
- Contact students and provide advice regarding general requests such as advice on fees, documentation and eligibility requirements
- Provide enrolment administration support to students in a professional and engaging manner
- Maintain a safe, positive and productive work environment free from discrimination, bullying and harassment
**ABOUT YOU**
**You will have qualifications, skills, and experience in**:
A relevant qualification at a minimum of post-secondary level or equivalent relevant experience
- Demonstrated customer service orientation
- Previous administration experience in complex environments
- Intermediate PC skills and familiarity with data management systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills, in particular strong communication capability and active listening
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and proactively manage customers
- Effective self-management skills including the ability to manage time, set priorities, plan and organise works
