**Business Support Coordinator**

One Basin Cooperative Research Centre (One Basin CRC) aims to combat environmental threats in the Murray-Darling Basin through research and policy development. One Basin CRC works collaboratively with stakeholders to conduct research in the Basin, with regional hubs across Loxton, Mildura, Griffith and Goondiwindi.

We are looking for a Business Support Coordinator to work closely with the executive team and build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Ensure efficient delivery of administrative services
- Prepare accurately and timely advice, information, or service referral in response to inquiries
- Prepare documentation to a high degree of accuracy
- Arrange travel itineraries, conference registrations, accommodation, and expenses Coordinate meetings and assist in organizing events

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:

- Experience in a similar role, providing executive assistance to senior team
- Strong communication skills
- Competency in producing administrative reports with a high attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet operational requirements
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and problem-solving approach
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, finance and operational systems

Previous success in a similar role, within a Cooperative Research Centre, or tertiary education environment would be ideal.

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
