Sydney Water has partnered with Delivering 4 Customers (D4C), a consortium comprising of John Holland, Service Stream and WSP to deliver; design, construct, maintenance and facilities management services as part of the Partnering 4 Success(P4S) program in Sydney Water's Southern Region of Sydney.

What are we looking for?
As the IT Service Management (ITSM) Lead you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising the organisation's IT service delivery processes. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and maintain IT service management strategies that align with the business's goals, ensuring the highest level of efficiency, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
The opportunities in this role / roles includes, but are not limited to:
- Work with our Joint-Venture partner to ensure audits are carried out on time
- Review and resolve any audit defects / findings
- Build and maintain relationships with key Technology vendors
- Ensure contracts are renewed or terminated based on business requirements in advance of the renewal date
- Support & guide the Helpdesk on Cyber related incidents
- Work with our Joint Venture partners and vendors to ensure controls are in place to mitigate Cyber threats
- Participate in Technology meetings to understand broader business challenges and opportunities
**Essential Requirements**:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- ITIL Foundation
- In depth knowledge of a Service Delivery function
- Helpdesk metrics, SLAs, KPIs
- ISO27001 awareness
- Leadership capability
- Clear and positive communication
