As part of CBA’s Institutional Banking & Markets business, Global Client Solutions (GCS) leads banking relationship management and the provision of transaction banking, risk management and capital solutions to our clients. The team’s purpose is to provide IB&M clients with solutions across the financing spectrum to support their strategic objectives.

GCS operates in five industry Ecosystems: Connected Services; Efficient Supply Chains; Intelligent Finance; Future Resources; and Future Cities & Networks. It also includes our Sustainable Finance and ESG and Transaction Banking Solutions teams.

The Global Client Solutions Chief Operating Office supports these teams and enables them to deliver optimal outcomes for our clients.

**Do work that matters**:
As an Associate Director you’ll report into the Director, Client Solutions Chief Operating Office and work with stakeholders of all levels and play an important role in supporting the delivery of operational and strategic initiatives, process improvement and management of risk.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Supporting the development and maintenance of business processes across the Global Client Solutions teams incl. Creation of collateral as required (e.g. presentations, training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs) communications and reference material).
- Maintain platforms and channels for effective delivery of information to Client Solutions such as SharePoint, reports, communications, governance and ensure information is maintained and updated in a timely manner.
- Assist in identifying impacts to GCS arising from change initiatives and projects and supporting the implementation of changes in line with business objectives
- Assisting with the remediation of issues and incidents arising from audit, operational risk and compliance matters
- Sourcing and analysing data to develop reporting, insights into performance, quality and areas of improvement in the business.

**We’re interested in hearing from people who have**:
**Mandatory**
- Delivery focused with strong attention to detail and ability to operate at pace
- Experience in financial services, preferably in Institutional Banking, Business Banking or Operations, in roles such as relationship management, business management or risk
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Financial and non-financial risk awareness

**Desirable**
- Sound understanding of IB&M systems, processes and products
- Experience in process improvement and/or change management
- Intermediate Excel, data analysis, Tableau and/or Sharepoint skills
