Our Transaction Banking Solutions team is responsible for providing advice and solutions to Institutional Banking & Markets (IB&M) customers. The related team covers an array of specialist product areas, including domestic and international payment solutions, cash management solutions and various digital services to help our clients manage cash-flow and financial operations.

Do work that matters:
As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in portfolio management of IB&M Transaction Banking customers. You’ll develop close working relationships with your customers to gain a thorough understanding of their key business drivers and needs as well as develop close working relationships with Relationship Executives in order to optimise service, identify cross sell opportunities, client retention and profitability, responsibilities include:

- Managing a portfolio of clients who utilise the bank’s Transaction Banking product set
- Improving the profitability of your portfolio by analysing your clients to identify sales and revenue growth opportunities, developing strategies to retain and associated calling plans.
- Completing working capital research and transactional banking data analysis to deliver actionable insights for your clients.
- Identify and manage risks within your portfolio in line with the bank’s principles.
- Be a trusted advisor to your customers and stakeholders for the Transaction Banking product set.
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with the relevant, Relationship Executives, BDM and Product teams to optimise cross-sell opportunities and referral outcomes.

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

- Extensive professional experience in account management, relationship management or business development from either an institutional, business banking or related financial services field.
- Possess a strong knowledge of complex corporate client structures and banking needs.
- Demonstrated experience in Account Management with a genuine passionate for engaging, servicing and growing a sustainable client portfolio.
- Proven problem solving and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
