**As Softline’s Manager your impact will be seen by**:
- Translating overall brand/category strategic plans into commercial licensing partnerships
- Continue to evolve the Softlines business by tapping into new consumer segments and ensuring our brands have coverage across strategic categories and price points
- Manage relationships with existing licensees to both maintain current business and find incremental growth.
- Lead retailer relationships at the buyer level across Softline’s and manage the product development process to ensure brand integrity.
- Conduct analysis of product categories by brand to identify opportunities for growth via both existing and new licensees.
- Lead the quarterly sales forecasting cycle with licensees for Softline’s portfolio.
- 7+ years’ experience in a Consumer Goods/Softlines environment.
- Thorough understanding of Softline’s licensing processes, procedures, industry and licensees’ objectives.
- Experience at a consumer products or entertainment company in a Softlines licensing role would be advantageous but not essential.
- Proven ability to build relationships that grow business.
- Evident financial acumen.
