About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Consumer Insights Manager to join our Customer Excellence team at REA Group.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale consumer research studies to gain a deep understanding of our customers and audience. You will work closely with various stakeholders across the business to generate and communicate insights that inform product development, sales, and marketing strategies.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in strategic research and insight roles, with experience running, disseminating, and engaging stakeholders in large-scale quantitative studies. You will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to tell a great story from insights and inspire, excite, and help make decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale consumer research studies to gain a deep understanding of our customers and audience.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders across the business to generate and communicate insights that inform product development, sales, and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Analyse data and translate it into meaningful insights to inform business decisions.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in a strategic research/insight role, ideally straddling both agency and client-side roles.
  • Prior experience running, disseminating, and engaging stakeholders in large-scale quantitative studies.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to tell a great story from insights.
  • Able to multi-task, think on the spot, move fast, and change direction based on evolving priorities.
  • Strong project management, time management, and organization skills.
