Retail Technology is responsible for the world-leading technology across every aspect of CommBank and Bankwest Retail. From innovative product platforms built on AWS using GenAI, to essential tools within our business. We use technology to help our Engineers do their best work to support our customer facing teams to deliver class leading products, experiences, and service.

Within Retail Banking Services (RBS) the Digital Domain drives the strategy and delivery behind CBA's market leading CommBank app, and its desktop asset Netbank, delivering an integral service and brilliant experiences to over nine million digitally active customers.

**Your impact and contribution**

As the Crew Lead for Engagement and Loyalty, you will be a product strategist, digital thought leader, methodical experimenter, and a leader who is driven by a desire to create exceptional experiences that drive customer loyalty and engagement.

You'll use the latest technology to build digital experiences and features that determine how millions of people access, understand, manage and invest their money all while rewarding them for growing their relationship with CommBank.

Drawing from your strong native digital experience, you're constantly pushing the boundaries to help deliver outcomes that fundamentally shift the customer experience and unlock more value. Your passion for outstanding user experience and ability to solve complex problems is key to developing high quality solutions.

You have a high tolerance for complexity and ambiguity coupled with the resilience and tenacity to see things through.

You have experience working in a fast paced, agile environment and use leading practices with an appreciation for the value of continuous delivery and user testing. You're the kind of person who thrives when given the autonomy to drive a product strategy - from conception, design, development, testing and release. - Proven expertise designing, developing and delivering native digital engagement and loyalty program experiences, leveraging the best practices for engaging and retaining customers.

- A track record building, leading and mentor high performing digital teams who leads by example, seeing through complexity to drive simpler, and better customer experiences.
- Previous experience working in an agile test and learn environment, particularly in a leadership role. You are constantly thinking creatively and breaking boundaries to solve complex problems.
