Seeking an enthusiastic manager, someone young at heart, to lead the Highpoint store.
- This company prides on working with products that connect with their customers, they require managers with energy, passion and a proven ability to succeed with motivation for success._

**To be considered for this role you will possess**:

- Retail management experience a MUST This is a fust paced, flagship location
- A passion to work with all ages, especially children and the young at heart
- Knowledge and understanding of how to drive and deliver sales results
- The ability to multi task and work to deadlines

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- Inspiring your team to deliver high level customer by leading by example, ensuring you and your team create a memorable experience.
- On-boarding and rostering team members and training them into excellence
- Ensuring profitability, growth and development of the business at a store level
- Day to day operations
- Inspiring your customers to find their inner child
