Integration and IT Projects Lead

You will support the implementation of the Student Management System (SMS) Transformation project which has been designed to transition the Chisholm SMS from Strata to ReadyTAFE+. You will lead and oversee all integration activities and act as the IT Team Project Lead for this project, serving as the point of contact for all IT matters and workstreams.

Your key accountabilities will be to:

- Responsible for the successful development and implementation of multiple, complex solutions relating to integration and IT activities
- Critically evaluate underperforming areas and work with the Project Team to develop and implement solutions
- Develop and maintain project deliverables such as a detailed integration plan, benefits realisation plan, terms of reference, procurement and contract documentation and risk profile
- Prioritise and manage multiple integrations or workstreams simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Document project evolution and maintain a detailed record of scope changes relating to integration and other IT-related issues
- Manage and maintain risk and issues strategies which are supported by assessments and plans to mitigate and minimise project risks/issues, and escalate risks/issues to the executive sponsor as required
- Responsible for the development of integrations between the new Student Management System and other core systems such as Learning Management System (Moodle), Timetabling system (CELCAT), CRM and other core systems
- Develop functional and technical requirements for the integrations in consultation with business and ITS SMEs

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have relevant tertiary qualification/s or comparable experience in IT Development or Integration and expert experience leading a range of complex projects or workstreams within a large-scale project.

Crucial to your success will be your;
- Expert experience leading a range of complex projects or workstreams within a large-scale projects
- Experience in utilising a range of project management methodologies and tools
- Extensive experience in Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Active Directory, App services, App Registration, Storage Accounts and Resource Groups
- Extensive programming experience in.Net Model View Controller (MVC) model
- Experience with Hypertext Pre-processor (PHP) scripting programming
- Extensive experience in Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Technical certifications relating to skills required for the role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical capability, strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail

You are highly motived and have the ability to lead, influence and motivate others to achieve project outcomes.
