**Service Management Specialist (IS&T)**

**About the Role**:
Pioneering Progress: Be part of a team continuously improving our progressive service management practices.

Reporting to the Manager, Service Resilience in the Service Management Office (SMO) and working in a collaborative and exciting environment within our IS&T Team, you will:

- Create, govern, monitor and improve, service management processes.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Champion continuous learning and customer-centricity within the team and beyond.
- Provide expertise, guidance and mentorship on incident, problem, change and release management.
- Ensure service resilience processes align with best practices and produce tangible customer value.
- Analyse service data and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead post-incident learning activities including transitioning to problem management and continual improvement.
- Undertake deep analysis on service health and KPIs and publish / present to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

- Experience in service management methodologies (ITIL/SIAM) and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Advanced ITIL certification (v4)
- Extensive experience with service management tools (ServiceNow would be beneficial).
