**Your Key Accountabilities**:The core capability requirements for this role are**:

- Identify internal training needs and overview the development and delivery of training and/or support to relevant departmental officers as necessary.
- Provide coordination, support and strategic advice on matters relating to ministerial and parliamentary matters to the Minister's Office, other government departments and other officers in the QPS.
- Establish and maintain effective liaison, communication and collaboration processes across the QPS and government agencies to ensure effective coordination of ministerial and parliamentary documents and delivery of high-quality executive services to the Minister of Police.
- Manage and lead Ministerial Services teams in the:

- coordination and preparation of ministerial and parliamentary information and documentation required by the Minister of Police and other internal and external stakeholders.
- coordination, preparation and progression of timely and high quality ministerial and Parliamentary documentation.
- quality assurance processes governing the provision of a range of ministerial and Parliamentary services functions.
- Manage the human, financial and physical resources of the Ministerial Services Unit as required and promote a culture of client service and a commitment to business excellence and improvement.
