**About the Role**:
As a Front of House Duty Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring top-notch customer service and seamless event experiences at Sydney CBD. This on-call casual position lets you choose shifts that suit your schedule, offering a competitive hourly rate of $50 plus Super. You'll have the chance to work with a Local Council and lead a team of dedicated FOH workers.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Coordinate and deliver top-quality front of house services with a focus on exceptional customer service.
- Supervise staff and contractors, providing detailed event instruction and managing call times and breaks.
- Manage ticketing and seating for patrons, including liaising with third-party ticketing service providers.
- Assist in coordinating casual employees, volunteers, interns, hirers, suppliers, and contractors, including their training and induction.
- Provide daily performance reports and maintain employee and contractor timesheets.
- Ensure compliance with liquor license legislation, Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), and House policies.
- Maintain a safe working environment and oversee external contractors to meet minimum requirements.
- Act as the primary warden for the venue in emergencies and serve as the Primary First Aid Officer.
- Monitor and maintain Front of House areas to ensure smooth, safe operations and a stellar audience experience.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in a Front of House supervisory or leadership role within events, concerts, performances, or live entertainment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume events effectively.
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to handle customer requests and resolve issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with the public, customers, and third-party partners.
- Display maturity, discretion, sound judgement, and autonomy in daily administration and project coordination.
- Exceptional time management and organisation skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
- Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification or the ability to obtain one before commencement.
- Hold a current First Aid certificate.
