Job Summary:
As the Sales Manager at Dust Away Cleaning Operations, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and implementing effective strategies to expand our customer base. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals and pitches, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, key decision-makers, and industry stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Negotiate and finalise contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are favourable for the company.
- Monitor and track industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and progress to the management team.
- Conduct first interviews.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
- Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Google G-suit.

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
