**Job Description**:
Our People & Performance team is seeking an operationally strong Human Resources Manager to lead the delivery of our HR agenda through the seamless execution of all employee lifecycle activities, programs, and initiatives.
Reporting into the People & Performance Leader, you will work in close collaboration with this individual and the Careers Team Leader. Collectively you will lead a national team and execute across all elements of the Colliers people and performance strategy to ensure the employee experience is aligned to our vision and values. Core to your role and success will be leadership of a national HR team and on-going development of how we deliver our HR services.
The opportunity specifics:
- Enablement and development of the full scope of HR operations
- Lead and manage a national HR team of 4-5 with a strong focus on elevating business partnering capability
- Design and deliver cyclical HR and Employee Lifecycle activity and work programs, including the annual performance evaluation cycle and employee engagement measurement
- Lead and ensure workplace & safety, including legal compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations
- Enablement of a high-performance culture and environment through HR best practice
**Qualifications**:
You are an enterprising and commercial HR practitioner with a passion for developing and implementing effective HR strategies, driving best practice and operational excellence, as well as coaching and leading a team. The role is an excellent opportunity for a new Senior Manager who is looking to accelerate the development of their experience and capability in a HR leadership role, as well as looking for autonomy in how they work. This is an excellent opportunity to influence and shape the overall People & Performance strategy and model for Colliers in both the short and long term.
The Specifics:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in HR management, with experience leading a team
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies and projects that have had a positive impact on the business
- Experience in complex performance management and employment relation matters
- Ability to analyse data and make informed HR decisions based on data-driven insights
