We are seeking an Assistant Busilding Manager with excellent organizational and administrative skills. Must be well organized, flexible and able to work independently.

**Job Specifics**:

- Assisting and work closely with Building Manager
- Oversee, administer, and manage the running of common property, daily assets, facilities and staff, in support of the Owners Corporation and Strata Manager(s).
- Developing relationships with new & existing tenants
- Preparation & review of monthly property Key Asset Monthly Management (KAMM) reports
- Conduct walk-through, inspection and observations on potential safety, properties and environmental risks.
- Regularly address building maintenance matters and updating service contracts
- Ensuring that maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner
- Engaging and coordinating with architects, contractors, and other professionals on project works
- Maintaining service reports on building services to ensure currency on compliance
- Coordinating repair services including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building fabric
- Review and maintain currency in building compliance
- Work within a complete or condensed Facilities Management Plan and scope, attending to duties with a high degree of quality and reliability, and improving the underlying processes as appropriate.
- Arrange and coordinate service provider tenders, ensuring that the developments are well-maintained, the budget is well manager, and tha they are safe and compliant.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience within building / facilities management (residential / hotel / commercial experience)
- EXCELLENT communications skills
- Must have excellent technical knowledge
- Excellent English skills (verbal & written)
- Fantastic conflict resolution skills
- Honest, reliable, punctual, have a can-do attitude and are always friendly.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
