Administration Assistant

The role:
- Track and update custodian changes using fleet software across the GPCAP fleet
- Following up and closing out driver related infringements, including notification to the driver and providing driver information to the appropriate collection agencies and internal departments
- Track and update tolls accounts
- Collect and collate all necessary Fringe Benefits Tax declarations in relation to private use
- Co-ordinate and collate the annual FBT declarations and data for the Fringe Benefits tax return
- Collect and review vehicle log books each year and maintain log book register
- Manage Motor insurance claims administration, reporting and queries
- Manage and review use of temporary vehicle hire
- Assist with service queries, repairs authorisations, disposals administration and registration / inspection issues.
- Assist with new vehicle quotes, orders and delivery scheduling
- Any other duties deemed necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the broader Fleet department
What you need to apply:
- Prior experience in a similar role is desired but not essential to apply
- Ability to prioritise tasks, time management skills, and ability to work autonomously as well as with a team
- Excel skills (V-Lookups, pivot tables)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage internal & external stakeholder expectations.
