Exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing start-up in real estate virtual tours and photography. Real Estate is constantly evolving and we want to be part of its evolution. We give life to listings We offer virtual tours (3D scanning) and photography services to a vast range of real estate clients, from real estate agencies to developers.

Due to high demand, we are looking for someone to help our team with the workload. This position would suit someone with a reliable vehicle living within vicinity of Melbourne.

Although 3D scan training and equipment will be provided for virtual tours, any experience with virtual tours or MatterPort technology would be a plus. Real estate photography experience as well as owning relevant photography equipment is mandatory.

**Tasks & responsibilities**

We are looking for a committed and capable virtual tour technician, with real estate photography experience to join our team.
- Scanning properties using our latest technology.
- Photographing properties
- Post-production editing in a timely manner.
- Face-to-face communication with real estate agents and vendors pleasantly and professionally.
- Organise and plan booking schedule
- Although the job is 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, there is potential for jobs happening occasionally outside regular business hours.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Camera equipment suitable for photographing properties. A wide-angle lens and professional camera body. Flash, sturdy tripod.
- Suitable PC or Mac for basic image processing.
- A friendly, fun attitude with a love of contributing to a team effort.
- Digital literacy and a passion for learning new digital skills.
- Time management, punctuality is a must.
- Professional, hardworking with an exceptional eye for detail.
- An ability to problem solve and think on your feet.
- Exposure to the Real Estate industry photography

**Salary**: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
