**THE ORGANISATION**

This state powerhouse in the financial services sector is seeking a People and Culture Business Partner to join their team. The company culture is collaborative, progressive, and very fast paced and you will be part of a well-resourced and highly respected HR function.

**THE ROLE**

As a senior people and culture business partner, you will oversee and implement a wide range of HR activities and solutions. This includes recruitment, performance planning and review, talent management, workforce planning, engagement initiatives, and strategic HR operations. You’ll partner with senior leaders, providing coaching and driving their development. Collaborating with HR team members, you’ll present practical HR advice and solutions, your ability to deliver timely and commercially sound HR advice will be key.

You’ll foster a culture of performance and learning, monitoring probation, performance, and leadership capabilities. Managing complex cases, you’ll ensure compliance and address employee matters. Your input will shape employee communications and headcount budgets. As a problem-solver, you’ll navigate workforce changes and challenges, leveraging HR expertise.

**THE CRITERIA**

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 10 years of experience as an HR professional with a relevant tertiary level qualification. As a seasoned people partner, you will have proven experience across a generalist remit of HR activities. You will possess exceptional communication and influencing skills, enabling you to mentor and coach others effectively. You will be able to operate effectively in a large, complex, matrix style environment and you must also demonstrate in-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
