Junior Property Manager

Kangaroo Point, Australia Place Estate Agents Full time
This position works Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm) with no requirement for Saturday work.
Your typical day will include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Support Property Manager to manage their portfolio and ensure client satisfaction;
  • Ensure policies and procedures are upheld within the department;
  • Participate in property management duties inclusive of the ongoing management, repairs, maintenance, arrears management, lease renewals, entry and exit reports and routine inspections; and
  • Provide administrative support to the property manager and actively participate in training opportunities.

Requirements:

About You

  • Have a passion for Property Management or customer service
  • Possess a cando attitude and a willingness to work through problem solving
  • First class customer service comes naturally to you
  • Pride yourself on quality and timely service delivery
  • Top class communication skills both verbal and written
  • Always looking to grow and develop
  • You hold a current QLD sales Registration Certificate (or are in the final stages of completing) and Drivers Licence
