**Our Client**
Our highly prestigious and recognizable client has undergone a major transformation and change in recent years and is looking for a Records Manager to join the Compliance Team in reorganizing and remodeling the records function.

**The Role**
We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and self-initiated Records Manager to work closely with several key departments in updating policies and procedures for the next 6 months.

As a Records Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Provide specialist guidance to support the establishment and implementation of an improved records management framework.
- Chairing and participating in relevant forums that involve business records.
- Approve and maintains updates to records management policy, business classification, retention and disposal schedule.
- Ensuring team members understand their records management responsibilities day‐to‐day.
- Providing retention & disposal reports and recommendation briefings to senior staff members related to records management.
- Management of physical records management stores (capture, manage, retrieve and dispose).
- **Assignment Duration**:6 month temporary contract
- **Location**:Sydney CBD (WFH 2 days per week)
- **Hours**:Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
- **Salary**:$83/hour - 100/hour + superannuation

**You**
As a successful Records Manager, you will offer:

- Experience within a large and complex organization managing and/or leading a records management team or project.
- Overseeing and executing a successful functional transformation and technology enhanced framework at the enterprise level.
- Extensive knowledge on records management.
- Ability to preparate professional reports and presentations, advising executive level audiences on records management as required.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- System knowledge including Records 365, SAP and TRIM
