**Talent Manager** to take the reigns of an exciting and varied role.

With a huge earning potential, base salary + commissions, this is an excellent Monday to Friday role, with training, support, and ongoing career progression. We also offer remote working

**What your day would look like**:

- Screening, interviewing, and referencing job seekers
- Assisting with team administration including placement packs, updating notes and general data management etc
- Performing strategic searches on our database to surface those relevant for job openings
- Meeting KPI's/ targets that lead to success

**The Person**:

- This role is perfect for someone with experience in either Real Estate or Recruitment
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal - you’re a natural people person
- You're an inquisitive in nature, ask questions and think quick to problem solve.
- You’re organised and have the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks and projects.
- A team player, positive minded, and love bringing ideas to the table
