**About the role**: In this role you will: - Demonstrate high level experience and expertise in the diagnosis, design, development and delivery of contemporary, human centric, evidence-based organisational development strategy, practices and solutions to enhance individual and team engagement, experience and performance. Lead the design and facilitation of learning and development programs, workshops and briefings to all levels across the agency as required. Build and maintain positive relationships, partnering with leaders as trusted advisors to develop a deep understanding of priorities, opportunities and challenges and make timely recommendations on programs, initiatives and actions. Play a leading role in the ongoing growth and maturity of organisational development engagement model, partnering across the organisational capability and engagement team to embed the engagement framework and design supporting resources and tools. Lead the delivery of staff engagement surveys, including project management of the initiative, in-depth analysis and interpretation of results and detailed debriefing across the agency, providing data-informed insights and recommendations.
**This position requires**: - A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resource, Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development or Public Sector Administration, or a related discipline will be highly regarded, though not mandatory. A successful track record in the design and delivery of development programmes that improve accelerated leadership, performance and employee engagement. Experience within an Organisation Development and/or Learning an Development team.
