**The role**
As the HR Coordinator, you will work within a highly connected, dynamic and supportive P&C team who are driving significant transformation as a function to create more engaging experiences for its people.

Reporting to the Senior P&C Manager, you will work closely with them and other senior P&C leaders to prepare for a major HRIS implementation, along with other aligned people related projects. You will work across the P&C team to enhance the existing people systems to reshape reporting that provides more meaningful people data to impact on the employee lifecycle. Working closely with operations teams, you will provide tier 1 advisory on key people related queries and programs.

Other responsibilities include:

- Support with key generalist P&C activities to deliver on the people strategy
- With a continuous improvement mindset, identify process efficiency opportunities across reporting, recruitment and employee lifecycle programs
- Manage the use of company intranet and other internal communication channels
- Create positive people experience moments with each interaction across the organisation
- Emerging experience within a multifaceted P&C function ideally across a diverse EA/EBA environment
- Strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once with a critical thinking approach
- Sound excel skills and ability to work within multiple sets of data
- Proven capability working with diverse stakeholders, building relationships quickly and creating memorable people experiences
- Proactive, solution orientated style and comfortable taking initiative to deliver outcomes
- Tertiary or similar HR or suitable business/commerce qualifications idea
