Administration Assistant

MCM Auto Electrics is looking for a full time Administration Assistant to join our team located in Canning Vale.
MCM Auto Electrics specialises in electrical, air-conditioning repairs, and installations of electrical components and systems. Works with numerous industries including Mining, Construction, Marine Systems and Controls including HVAC systems.
**The role**:
- Handling incoming telephone calls
- Suppliers/purchases invoicing
- Month end invoices reconciliation to supplier statements
- Maintaining documents, data/records entry
- Filing
- Assist with sales invoicing
- Assist with purchasing/ordering of parts
- Assist with stock inventory of parts and office supplies
- General administration duties
- Assist in receiving parts deliveres/putting away parts & stock
- Assist in packing parts and organising freight occasionally
- Collaborate with management with marketing
**Skills & experience**:
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Experience in MYOB and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good operational and administration skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise tasks
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work well in a busy environment
- Experience and knowledge in the automotive industry is preferred but not essential
- Experience in Marketing preferred but not essential
