Located within the Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor and CEO Vocational Education and Training and reporting to the Director Business Services and Quality. The position is responsible for the implementation of processes and systems relating to partnerships, including contractual arrangements and approvals, operational issues and monitoring of quality performance. The position maintains strong working relationships with partners, VET departments and the organisation to achieve strategic outcomes.

In collaboration, this position is responsible for driving high standards of service to industry partners and stakeholders (internally and externally).

**About You**
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

- High-level interpersonal skills, particularly as they relate to the ability to work in a team and the proactive maintenance of relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders with tact, maturity and appreciation of sensitive issues.
- Demonstrated significant experience in the Vocational Education sector in quality and compliance areas with a particularly focus on ASQA Standards and third party arrangements.
- High-level organisational skills, including ability to develop and monitor work schedules. Attention to detail and an ability to prioritise functions and tasks necessary to meet deadlines. Ability to operate independently and with little direction.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to research, prepare reports incorporating quantitative and qualitative data, policy documents, presentations and take accurate minutes.

**Qualifications**
- Relevant qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
