The Coordinator, Partnerships role is a vital role designed to optimise the effectiveness of the Partnerships team through robust operational and administrative support.

**The Day-To-Day**

This position acts as the operational backbone of the team, ensuring that all partnership activities are conducted smoothly and efficiently. The Coordinator is the central link within the Partnerships team, overseeing system and process management, team administration, and relationship coordination.

You will collaborate extensively across the organisation to ensure that the strategic goals of the Partnerships team are seamlessly integrated with broader organisational objectives. This position requires a proactive approach to managing daily operations, improving existing procedures, and supporting the team in achieving its targets, ultimately contributing to the long-term sustainability and growth of Arts Centre Melbourne.

**Full-time ongoing position, Band 3.1 $77,340.64 plus superannuation.**

**Your Skills and Experience (key criteria)**
- Professional experience in arts or business management, partnerships, fundraising, communications, project management or adjacent fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the proven capacity and confidence to build interpersonal relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated solutions-oriented approach to administration
- Demonstrated ability to deliver events from end to end
- An understanding of the arts and culture sector is desirable
