Direct Marketing function is responsible for defining and delivering on the Below the Line (BTL) and 1-1 marketing campaign capability that is focused on enabling increased customer engagement and revenue outcomes for ANZ.

As a Campaign/Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the effective and timely execution of marketing content which supports key projects for the Deposits team, most notably supporting a card migration project which will involve both personal and business bank cards. You will work with a cross functional team to manage the end-to-end design, delivery and management of a marketing communications which drive customer engagement and align to ANZ’s brand and strategy.

**Role Type**: 12-month Fixed Term opportunity, Full Time

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Campaign experience including the ability to manage end-to-end design, delivery and management of direct marketing communications which drive customer engagement and card usage.
Excellent communication skills and experience in working with creative agency to develop campaign creative, messaging, ensuring alignment to brand guidelines, tone of voice and strategic objectives.
Strong stakeholder management and experience working with a cross functional team to understand existing processes and journeys and deliver to a communication plan within required timeframes. This includes experience working with data and analytics team to enable segmentation and implement trigger-based campaigns.
Comprehensive understanding of a range of problem-solving techniques with an ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
Have an agile mindset and continuously test and learn ways to improve communications this includes reporting on program performance to key stakeholders and facilitating sharing of insights and learnings across ANZ.
An intense passion and curiosity for customers, their needs and wants, putting them at the center of everything you do
Some experience in budget management.
Experience in financial services (particularly cards) would be a bonus.
