About the role

**Role Location**: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008

**Role Type**: Permanent

As part of Group Risk’s Strategy & Transformation team, this role will support the Workforce Strategy and Planning Manager in establishing and executing Build and Buy strategies to support the Risk function transition to a data enabled, highly adaptive, business astute team.

The role requires someone who is comfortable working in an environment with a high degree of ambiguity as priorities change according to the needs of the business. Working in a highly ambiguous environment, with senior stakeholders where the ability to turn conceptual ideas into tangible deliverables is often required.

What will your day look like

**This role is accountable for**:
Work closely with key stakeholders (internal and external) to understand and prepare initiatives to enable new capabilities/ways of working to be embedded across the business
Gather data, run analysis, build relationships, clearly communicate delivery risks and issues to execute on agreed initiative priorities
Identify and develop solutions for ad-hoc projects
Design and implement reporting systems for people related activities, leveraging existing tools and templates
Facilitate learning interventions to support Risk’s key people priorities
What will you bring?
Business acumen and strategic thinking with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, influencing, relationship management and negotiation.
Previous experience of learning and change management. Managing the scheduling of end-to-end programme or project pipeline management is desirable.
Ability to strongly demonstrate Data Capture, Analysis and Reporting.
Solid judgment, with an ability to prioritise complex tasks, make timely decisions and troubleshoot situations.
Ability to work in an ambiguous environment, taking conceptual ideas and turning them into deliverable events
