**PROJECT COORDINATOR INSTALLATION**

The Attic Group is a family-owned business, operating since 1975, and the leading name in attic conversions and storage solutions across Australia. We have improved the homes of over 40,000 Australian families.

We are currently looking for an experienced project coordinator to schedule, oversee and coordinate our installation team for an immediate start.

**Duties include**:

- Managing the installation schedule of our tradespeople on a daily bases.
- Contact and schedule product installations with our customers.
- Deal with enquiries and installation issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Check sales, order stock and coordinate material procurement to meet scheduling programs.
- Coordinate external sub-contractors.
- Job cost control including client invoicing and installer payments.
- Handling all install-related administration tasks.

**The Person**:
To be considered for this role you take pride in your work and:

- Have attention to detail, with excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Are well presented with exceptional customer service.
- Are a team player who can multitask, meet deadlines and work independently.
- Are a problem solver with can do attitude.
- Have building experience or position is similar role preferred but not essential.
- A Drivers licence will be required.

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Organisational management: 3 years (preferred)
- Project management: 5 years (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
