**The Company**:

**Your Role**:
Reporting to the Distribution Manager NSW, your new role offers plenty of variety as you travel to different customer sites in order to assemble | install a range of interior products whilst providing leadership to a small team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and the delivery of quality service & products.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Installation and assembly of office furniture | interior products within commercial, educational, hospitality, and some residential spaces
- Ensuring items have been installed correctly and safely
- Daily supervision of a small team of Installers
- Resolving customer issues
- Delivery of products to customer sites including inspection of products
- Providing customers with product information and any training required on installed products
- Assisting with warehouse duties (such as container loading | unloading, receiving & dispatch) as required by the warehouse team

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in installation | assembly of products (preferred) or similar such as carpentry, trade assistant | labouring, joinery, fit-outs etc.
- Ability to read basic plans and confident with the use of battery operated tools
- Proven ability to lead a small team
- Current White Card
- Driver licence
- Good communication skills and customer service focus
