**Site Admin/Project Coordinator for Major EPC**

**About the company**

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Recruitment and scheduling of personnel
- Organizing new starter contracts
- Arranging accommodation, travel, inductions, training, PPE and medicals
- Management of timesheets, capturing of data and aligned to work orders
- Preparation & maintenance of personnel qualifications & training matrix
- Requesting quotations, raising Purchase Requisitions and PO’s for suppliers
- Receipting invoices
- Preparation of claims for invoicing
- Capture expense claims
- Arranging and booking all flights, accommodation and hire vehicles
- Awareness of commercially sensitive items and appropriate management of information flow.
