We're looking for great up and coming journalists to hone their skills in our immersive internship program. We want to work with people who are passionate about storytelling and connecting with audience through digital journalism.

**Job Description**:
**Day to day you will**:

- Lead our lifestyle and entertainment editorial teams on content and events strategy
- Lead 9Property vertical, including content strategy, traffic referrals, subbing, rostering and hiring of staff
- Manage partner relationships including traffic referrals, content strategy and reporting for Drive, Domain, Stan and 9Now
- Plan and manage ongoing staff training across an array of skills and disciplines
- Manage new employee onboarding
- Lead industry award nominations and entries

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Extensive experience in digital content strategy in a fast paced media environment
- Proven ability in leading a large editorial team
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong commercial focus and understanding
- Ability to meet deadlines, hit traffic budgets and deliver commercial outcomes
- Strong people skills and proven record in stakeholder management
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Exceptional people management skills with staff from junior to senior levels
- Proven record in developing and mentoring staff, and recognising emerging talent
- Strong CMS experience
