Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, this generalist role will see you resolving a broad range of operational HR issues across the employment lifecycle. To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A passion for HR
- 2 to 3 years experience in HR
- A positive outlook matched with excellent communication skills
- An ability to build relationships quickly across all levels
- An eye for detail and an initiative to continually improve

**The Role**

As an HR Advisor, you will:

- Be the first point of contact for HR matters
- Provide advice on employment relations matters
- Actively engage with our field-based leaders
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage the probationary and performance review process
- Manage employee grievances, investigations and resolution
- Advise stakeholders on policy, process and Award Interpretation
- Support the annual remuneration review process
- Review and redesign policies and procedures
- Manage HR inbox and respond to queries
- Generate offer letters, employment agreements and other correspondence as required
- Support HR-related projects
- Manage administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Assist with general HR duties as required

**Skills and Experience**

The successful applicant will be someone who has:

- Experience within People & Culture/HR
- Tertiary qualifications in HR/IR or a related field (desirable)
- The ability to create and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
- An energetic outlook, pragmatic problem-solving skills, and a willingness to contribute creative ideas
- A strong focus on continuous improvement
- Resilience, tenacity, and the ability to work in a high-paced environment
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- National Police check
