**Role Overview**:
This tele psychiatry clinic is dedicated to providing the utmost quality patient care. With a strong focus on a positive patient experience, they are looking for a dedicated, devoted patient service officer, medical administrator with a dynamic welcoming personality to join the team.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary liaison for the Clinic, representing, commitment to exceptional patient care.
- Seamlessly schedule patient appointments over the phone, ensuring efficient and convenient booking experiences.
- Guide patients every step of the way of processes and next steps to ensure they feel informed and at ease.
- Operate CRM system with expertise, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and interactions.
- Oversee appointment timelines and calendars, coordinating with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Provide punctual patient paperwork and process payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, reducing wait times and enhancing the patient journey.
- Provide input into ways to improve the patient experience.
