Job Description:

This is a rewarding opportunity to join our team at Healthscope as an Administration Officer. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient-centred customer service and be responsible for various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care by providing timely and accurate information, referrals, billing, and processing of medical records.
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information while ensuring the efficient management of electronic records.
  • Ensure seamless communication with other hospital departments and facilitate patient transport for discharge and inter-facility transfer.
  • Perform general administration duties, including booking patient appointments and directing patient enquiries.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of experience in an acute patient-focused healthcare facility or hospital setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment with strong interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Advanced computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and experience.
  • Strong communication and report writing skills with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
