We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to oversee and streamline our administrative processes. As the Administration Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our sales team to achieve their targets. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a significant impact on the success of our company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures and policies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Coordinate administrative support for the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Oversee the organisation and maintenance of client records, contracts, and other important documents.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely manner.
- Analyze administrative processes and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the management team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Administration Manager or similar role, preferably in a sales or related industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and responsibilities.
