**Location**: Flexible work options include a mix of work from home and from our St Leonards & Chatswood offices.
- This position is temporary full time for a period of 24 months with the possibility for extension or permanent opportunities in the future._

**About the role**

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide a range of high-level executive, secretarial and administrative support services across a range of issues for the relevant Director/Executive(s) to achieve organisational outcomes.

We have the systems and policies in place to support flexible working, which may include a mix of working from home and / or in one of our offices.

**About you**

The skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for in you include:

- Experience in providing support to an executive level role, with a customer focused approach and the skills to interact effectively with people at all levels including executives, customers, service providers and staff; and to build, maintain and use relationships to achieve goals.
- High level ethics and an ability to always maintain superior standards of professional conduct, including a capacity to exercise discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Contribute to creating and maintaining a constructive workplace culture
